Care Tales provides medically vetted educational modules, interactive micro‑learning, AI‑powered chat responses, images and illustrations, and related digital tools (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are offered for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. No Medical Advice; Educational Purposes Only

ALL CONTENT—INCLUDING TEXT, CHATBOT RESPONSES, IMAGES, AUDIO, VIDEO, AND ANY OTHER MATERIAL—IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or saw on the Services.

6. Translation Disclaimer

Original English‑language content in the Services has been reviewed by licensed medical professionals. Any translations are provided for your convenience and may be generated by automated systems or human translators who are not medical professionals. Translated versions have not been independently medically reviewed, and translation accuracy is not guaranteed. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version controls.

7. AI Chatbot and Automated Content

Chatbot responses and other AI‑generated outputs are produced algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@caretales.com of any unauthorized use.

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, non‑commercial purposes. You agree not to (a) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (c) access or collect data from the Services using automated means; (d) upload viruses or malicious code; (e) infringe the intellectual‑property or privacy rights of others; or (f) violate any applicable law.

12. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment or a subscription. Fees, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation policies will be described at the point of sale and form part of these Terms. All payments are non‑refundable except as required by law.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

If you submit or upload content, you grant Care Tales a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your submissions.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Care Tales without obligation to you.

16. Third‑Party Links and Content

The Services may contain links to or content from third‑party websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for such third‑party content. Your use of third‑party resources is at your own risk.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Care Tales, or third parties.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR‑FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARE TALES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Care Tales and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

21. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS‑WIDE ARBITRATION. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

22. Export Compliance

You may not use or export the Services in violation of U.S. export control laws and regulations.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Care Tales with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
